About Me

My Family + My Passion + What I Do

God is doing incredible things through churches and ministries all over the globe, yet many organizations struggle to tell their stories. I help ministries reach more people with their God-given messages with clarity and conviction. Whether it’s building momentum behind your next big dream or simply helping people know who you are, I’m ready to help you meet your goals.

What I’m About

Through the years, I’ve had the privilege of working for various churches and ministries impacting people around the world. God is doing incredible things through them, yet their stories rarely get out the way they’d hope. Communications is often a weak link for organizations struggling to advance the Gospel in their spheres of influence.

I’ve been advancing marketing and communications for ministries literally since my junior year of high school. My experience includes work with marketing agencies, megachurches, worldwide missions organizations, and rural congregations. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies with emphases in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries and a minor in Speech Communications from Ouachita Baptist University.

I specialize in helping churches and ministries communicate with clarity and conviction. That means building exciting brands, effective marketing campaigns, and strategic messaging that reaches communities, donors, and unchurched audiences alike.

My Family

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Dallas, a place I still call home today. I met my wife, Holly, in college and we’ve been happily married for nearly 10 years. We live in McKinney, TX with our two boys, Caleb (6) and Noah (1). Holly serves as a Graphic Designer for a small evangelism ministry in Dallas and we serve together as life group leaders with our church where I’m also a pastor.

Our Church

I serve as the Communications Pastor at Christ Fellowship, a church with roughly 2,000 attenders with campuses in the northern Dallas suburbs of McKinney and Anna. I lead an incredible creative team that manages both internal and external communications for the church. I also get to serve alongside a committed, humble team of pastors and staff with an unbending passion for seeing people enter into a deep and personal relationship with Jesus.

Holly and I began attending Christ Fellowship two years before I joined the team. We were immediately struck by the authenticity of the community and the intentionality behind its ministry, which had obviously not lost its edge in its growth. In my time in leadership, I’ve had the honor of directing the launch marketing campaign behind our new campus in Anna, TX, complete a full brand overhaul, develop an aggressive new marketing strategy, and even introduce a new mobile app.
